As well as being a licensed real estate professional, I am a Master Accredited Senior Agent® (M-ASA) and Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and a longtime member of the Sell’n Stay program. These programs specialize in helping Seniors’ and their families through every stage of the decision process surrounding a potential move. These designations are awarded only to real estate agents who have additional education and proven experience on how to best help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. I am able to draw upon the expertise of a network of other senior specialists such as estate planners, accountants and elder-care lawyers and am familiar with local community resources and services. My background also includes practicing as a Medical Laboratory Technologist which avails me to a very good understanding of medical matters and our health-care system. My mission is to help seniors and their families navigate the maze of financial, legal and emotional issues that accompany the sale of the home and assist Boomers in relocating to the home of their future.
It’s important to work with a sales representative who will assist at each step, answer questions honestly and help find the home that’s just right for the buyer. It’s back to my emphasis on “caring” that sets me apart.
Key to my approach is in understanding my clients individuals needs and their unique path in order to build a trusting and long-lasting relationship. My own experiences buying and selling properties, working with seniors, first time home-buyers and many others in-between as well as undertaking major renovations that have taught me about building structures and appreciating what a property CAN be, together with truly understanding how to make a house a home, have all served me well.
